PROPOSALS FROM THE STUDIO
Our client is also an absolute fan of the Haussmann style. We therefore decorated all the reception rooms with moldings, chair rails, cornices and plinths, each more beautiful than the last. Also added a sumptuous old marble fireplace.
The entrance and the living room communicated through a double glass door. We suggested its removal to give more privacy to the living room. A pretty glass roof with a copy of an old design has been designed and created to provide an additional charming asset.
Most of the m2 were allocated to the reception rooms and the kitchen (our client loves to cook). However, two small bedrooms with built-in storage could be created, each with a very beautiful bathroom. While the apartment is white, contemporary and refined with numerous moldings, the bedroom areas are colorful, without moldings with very beautiful 1930s plinths.
The Master bathroom includes a large shower as well as a bath. The style of the bathrooms is neutral, elegant and efficient hotel style.
