CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS

A cosmetic surgeon contacted us after signing a rental lease for a 75m2 space to establish his Parisian medical practice.

The space has the charm of old Paris but is not luxurious enough for their activity.
He will practice, accompanied by his assistant.

We must therefore assign offices to everyone, knowing that a water point must be created in each office, which did not exist.
We also need to think about the entrance as well as the waiting room and a small storage space.

PROPOSALS FROM THE STUDIO

We only have 5 weeks to:

• Make our aesthetic proposals
• Make our space layout plan proposals
• Make selections of furniture, lighting, carpets, seats, curtains, materials (available for delivery on time while remaining within the budget allocated by the surgeon)
• Select a work company available quickly
• Monitor the completion of work and compliance with the schedule
