Make this family apartment extra bright
Customer specifications
This 130m2 apartment had a really tortuous plan.
- 1st problem, only two windows allocated to the living room overlooked the street. The 3rd window was given to a child's bedroom.
We finally allocated these 3 windows to the living/dining room/open kitchen to create a magnificent, friendly living space of approximately 45m2. - 2nd problem: the kitchen which was originally in the center of the apartment has been refocused and has even become the centerpiece of the living room since it is now part of the beautiful space of 3 rooms united in one.
- 3rd problem: The sleeping areas have also been repositioned in order to provide them with maximum light but also storage space.
Proposal from our interior design studio
The children's rooms have certainly become a little smaller but brighter and they have all been positioned on the courtyard to promote calm.
The master bedroom is very generous in terms of m2, a quiet teleworking corner has been created and plenty of storage in the corridor which leads to the parental space has been offered.
Two children's bedrooms complete this apartment, a bedroom for a young teenager who does not live full time with his Dad, and a small bedroom for 2 very young children.
A master bathroom with shower and a bathroom for the little ones provide all the comfort for the family.
The colors of the rooms are soft, tones of almond green for parents for calm and peace.
The living room has been treated to navy blue and white to create an elegant and timeless ambiance.
