Happy sobriety and warm elegance for a family life on three floors

We intervened following the acquisition of a large house located in Boulogne Billancourt, distributed on three levels. Behind a charming architecture, this house suffered from a dated decoration, a cold atmosphere and a lack of natural light.

The house was initially divided into two entities: an independent two-room apartment on one side and a family space on the other. Our first proposal was to bring these volumes together to create a coherent, fluid and generous place to life.
Our mission: to support a family in search of an interior that is both sleek and warm. We proposed a joyful, sober and elegant atmosphere, in accordance with their desires and their lifestyle.

Sir, passionate about cooking, wanted a space up to his requirements. We imagined a large kitchen open to the living room, in dark wood tones, offering refinement and conviviality. The old partition that separated the kitchen from the two-room apartment was removed in order to open the perspectives and reveal a clear view of the living room.

A back kitchen completes this space, in the same aesthetic: it incorporates a wine cellar, a second oven as well as a fridge-freezer set, offering comfort and functionality on a daily basis.

Upstairs, we imagined a parental suite worthy of a five-star hotel: a large intimate space including a tailor-made dressing and a luxurious bathroom, equipped with a double shower for a practical and refined experience.

The children's rooms have been treated in a simple and effective way, with a touch of color to stimulate their universe, a headboard furniture designed like a cocoon, and well integrated storage for an organized daily life.
