Renovate a Norman village house into a Secondary Residence
In the Perche in Normandy, small village house of 150m2 on 3 levels to be completely renovated for a Parisian couple.
Redevelopment of Spaces on the Ground Floor
On the ground floor, the kitchen was in the living room with a window on the street. The dining room was a separate room with a window to the garden.
The choice of a kitchen with wooden facades also went in the direction of bringing elements of charm to the room.
Refresh and brighten the first floor
No plan modification on the 1st floor, just a few touches of color to brighten up these rooms.
Creation of a parental suite on the second floor
On the 2nd floor, we have converted the large room below into a master suite, notably by creating a bathroom open to the bedroom via a glass roof.
Color is omnipresent in this house, which gives it a certain charm and a warm atmosphere.
Durée des travaux 3 mois.
