The owners entrust us with their 70m2 apartment in Paris which is in good condition.

They ask us to:

• Create a second bedroom
• Give character to this apartment devoid of any charm
• The kitchen and the bathroom are not affected by the project.

The Proposals of the Interior Architecture Agency

• play with strong atmospheres in the rooms, by offering original wallpapers associated with vintage lighting and furniture which
• gives charm and personality to the apartment,
  offer antique furniture, for the most part, in order to limit the budget and respect the ecological sensitivity of our customers.
  The creation of a second chamber
  The original bedroom was large, unconventionally shaped, and had two windows. It was therefore possible to create a second bedroom and give each room charm and comfort.

A first yellow and black bedroom

• proposal for a wallpaper at the head of the bed and repeated in the office area to
• set the tone for the room,
  use of the space in length to arrange an office area with a retro-style hanging desk and custom-made cupboards offering plenty of storage space despite the reduced space in this bedroom.

This allows optimization of circulation and space in a small room.

• the choice of mottled sconces reinforce the vintage side and dress up the sleeping area,
• the choice of the yellow color and wallpaper with bird motifs will easily transform this guest room into a baby's room the day a small child will complete this family.

A second jungle bedroom will be the master bedroom

• a range of greens on the painted and wallpapered walls to immerse yourself in a vegetal and soothing atmosphere,
• the very original and vintage lighting fixtures, wall and extra, give a “seventies” atmosphere,
• the creation of made-to-measure cupboards makes it possible to optimize the space in the room and contribute to the chic and cozy atmosphere of the room. The charm operates as soon as you enter the room.

A vintage and warm living room

• enhancement of the existing fireplace by choosing a pretty wallpaper in the retro 70s style.
  proposal of vintage stainless steel lighting which combines perfectly with the 70's spirit of the room
  the seats are partly also old pieces and the choice of colors and materials bring character and comfort,
• we proposed to condemn an ​​access door to the bedroom to fit out a custom library. This makes it possible to optimize the space and gives a warm character to the relaxation area,
• for the dining area we find a table and chair set in perfect harmony with the vintage spirit, the selected lighting and the materials chosen in the apartment,
• choice of curtains in harmony with the dominant color to reinforce the cozy atmosphere

So the combination of vintage lighting, colorful wallpaper with original patterns and retro furniture with colorful touches completely transform the apartment, giving it incredible charm.
